If you’re an experienced specialist in decorative concrete and stamping, or you have a passion for learning and enhancing your craft, this role offers a chance to grow and expand your skill set while contributing to the success of quality construction projects.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design and install stamped concrete surfaces, including patios, driveways, walkways, and decorative features
• Prepare and pour concrete, ensuring the mix is appropriate for stamping
• Apply colorants, stamps, and finishing techniques to create customized designs
• Work closely with clients and project leads to understand design preferences and specifications
• Ensure high-quality results that meet design standards and client expectations
• Maintain and care for stamping tools, equipment, and materials
• Follow safety protocols and ensure work areas remain clean and safe

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in stamped or decorative concrete installation
• Expertise in creating custom designs and patterns in concrete
• Ability to work with colorants, stamps, and finishing tools
• Excellent eye for detail and craftsmanship
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with clients and the team
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
• Driver’s license required; CDL is a plus

💵 Pay & Perks:

• $25–$35/hr, depending on experience and skill level
• Weekly pay
• Full-time, year-round employment
