As a Skilled Concrete Finisher, you’ll be the person shaping the final product — from smoothing surfaces and edges to perfecting textures and patterns. Whether it’s a driveway, patio, sidewalk, or slab, your craftsmanship leaves a lasting impression.

This position is ideal for detail-driven pros who know how to work with speed, precision, and pride. If you’ve got experience and are ready to step up, we’re ready for you.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Smooth and finish freshly poured concrete using hand and power tools
• Apply curing and sealing compounds to protect surfaces
• Create textures and patterns (broom, trowel, stamped, exposed aggregate, etc.)
• Set forms and ensure proper grading and drainage
• Work closely with crew members to meet project timelines
• Maintain tools and equipment used in finishing processes
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean job site

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of concrete finishing experience (flatwork or decorative)
• Strong understanding of concrete behavior, timing, and weather impact
• Skilled in both smooth and textured finishes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Willingness to work long days and varying shifts as needed
• CDL is a plus but not required

💵 Pay & Perks:

• $25–$35/hr based on experience and finishing skill level
• Weekly pay
