​As our Commission-Based Sales Rep, you’ll be the face of the company to new residential and commercial clients. You'll build relationships, generate leads, and close deals that keep our crews working year-round. Your income will be based on performance, giving you total control of your earning potential.

This position is ideal for someone self-motivated, outgoing, and driven by results — someone who wants freedom and high reward for high effort.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prospect and generate new residential and commercial leads
• Meet with potential clients on-site to understand project needs
• Build estimates in coordination with the Estimator
• Present bids and proposals, and follow up to close sales
• Maintain relationships with repeat clients and referrals
• Track activity, leads, and performance goals
• Collaborate with office and operations teams for project handoff
• Represent Spencer Concrete professionally and positively in the community

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in sales or client-facing roles preferred
• Knowledge of concrete, construction, or landscaping is a plus
• Self-starter who thrives on flexibility and performance-based pay
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Organized, dependable, and confident in handling objections
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Goal-oriented and eager to build long-term relationships

💵 Pay & Perks:

• 100% commission-based pay (uncapped earnings)
• Commission percentage based on total sale value
• Bonuses available for high performers
