As a Rebar Installer / Steel Tying Crew member, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our projects stand the test of time. You’ll be responsible for the installation, layout, and securing of rebar to create the skeletal structure of concrete pours, ensuring every job is done with the highest level of accuracy and craftsmanship.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Cut, bend, and install rebar for concrete foundations, slabs, and walls
• Tie and secure rebar with wire and rebar clips to ensure structural integrity
• Read and follow blueprints, job specifications, and safety protocols
• Work with the crew to prep and install reinforcement according to project plans
• Operate rebar bending machines and hand tools
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment
• Assist in lifting, positioning, and securing materials as needed

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of experience in rebar installation or steel tying
• Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and rebar machinery
• Able to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
• Strong physical endurance and ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and precision
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Team player with good communication skills
• Driver’s license required; CDL is a plus

💵 Pay & Perks:

• $22–$28/hr depending on experience
• Weekly pay
• Full-time, year-round employment
