As our Office Administrator, you’ll be the glue holding everything together — from answering calls and handling paperwork to managing schedules and supporting leadership.

This role is perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, reliable, and takes pride in keeping a busy office running smoothly and professionally.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet visitors
• Schedule jobs, deliveries, and team meetings
• Support payroll, invoicing, and time tracking entries
• Maintain filing systems and digital record organization
• Order office supplies and track inventory
• Coordinate with the field team and customers for updates
• Assist with permits, contracts, and job documentation
• Handle other administrative duties as needed to support the team

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of office or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, Excel, and digital scheduling tools
• Dependable, detail-focused, and proactive
• Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, respectful, and ready to be a reliable team player

💵 Pay & Perks:

• $18–$24/hr depending on experience and skillset
