As our Mechanic, you’ll be the go-to for keeping our fleet of trucks, trailers, skid steers, and power tools running at full strength. You’ll handle everything from preventative maintenance to unexpected breakdowns — helping us avoid costly delays and keeping crews productive.

This position is ideal for someone who’s mechanically minded, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a fast-paced construction environment.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Diagnose, service, and repair concrete equipment, trucks, trailers, and power tools
• Perform scheduled maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
• Keep detailed service logs and track repairs and parts
• Order and stock basic repair parts and shop supplies
• Coordinate with crew leaders to schedule repairs
• Troubleshoot on-site equipment failures when needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop
• Work with minimal supervision while staying on top of priorities

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of mechanical repair experience (diesel, small engine, hydraulic systems, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical know-how
• Ability to work independently and manage time well
• Basic welding/fabrication experience is a plus
• Familiarity with construction equipment (skid steers, saws, trucks, etc.)
• Must have own basic tool set (larger tools provided)
• Valid driver’s license required (CDL a plus)
• Reliable, honest, and safety-focused

💵 Pay & Perks:

• $22–$32/hr based on experience and skill
• Weekly pay
• Full-time, year-round role
