You’ll be the go-to for field coordination, quality control, and project execution. If you're a natural leader who knows how to manage people, schedules, and pours — this role is your next step.

👷‍♂️ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead, train, and motivate concrete crews on job sites
• Oversee daily scheduling, planning, and workflow
• Coordinate with project managers, estimators, and other departments
• Ensure proper setup, pouring, and finishing of concrete
• Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and productivity
• Resolve on-site issues quickly and professionally
• Track materials, timecards, and job progress daily
• Provide feedback and ensure jobs are completed on budget and on time

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in concrete construction leadership
• Ability to read blueprints, plans, and job specs
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Proven experience managing crews and subcontractors
• Hands-on knowledge of concrete forming, pouring, and finishing
• Commitment to safety and quality on every job
• Organized, reliable, and results-focused
• CDL or ability to operate equipment is a plus

💵 Pay & Perks:

• $32–$42/hr, depending on experience and leadership ability
• Full-time, year-round position
