As a General Laborer, you’ll help our crews keep moving — hauling, prepping, cleaning, loading, lifting, and supporting every step of the job. No experience? No problem. We’ll train the right person who’s willing to work.

If you like staying active, being outdoors, and seeing the results of a day’s work, this is your kind of job.

🔨 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
• Assist with job site setup and teardown
• Perform site clean-up and organization
• Operate small tools and help with basic construction tasks
• Follow directions from supervisors and work closely with your crew
• Lift, carry, and move heavy materials throughout the day
• Keep a positive attitude and a team-first mindset

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• No experience needed — we’ll train motivated individuals
• Able to lift 50–80 lbs and stay active all day
• Willing to work outdoors in different weather conditions
• Dependable, punctual, and ready to learn
• Good communication and willingness to follow direction
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

💵 Pay & Perks:

• $18–$22/hr starting pay, depending on experience
• Weekly pay
• Full-time, year-round employment
