As a Form Setter, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring that every concrete pour is executed with precision. You’ll work with the team to set and align forms, ensuring the correct measurements and alignment before the concrete is poured.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Set up, align, and secure concrete forms for foundations, slabs, walls, and curbs
• Read blueprints and follow project specifications
• Measure and mark site locations for form placement
• Use hand and power tools to cut, bend, and shape materials
• Ensure forms are properly installed to meet project specifications
• Work closely with the crew to ensure smooth workflow and accurate form setting
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of form setting experience or related construction work
• Ability to read blueprints and measure accurately
• Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment
• Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and precision
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong physical endurance and ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Driver’s license required; CDL preferred but not mandatory

💵 Pay & Perks:

• $22–$28/hr, based on experience and skill
• Weekly pay
• Full-time, year-round employment
