This is a perfect role for a seasoned concrete leader who thrives under pressure, communicates clearly, and knows how to motivate a crew toward quality results.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee daily operations on commercial and residential concrete projects
• Lead and direct crew members through layout, forming, pouring, and finishing
• Interpret blueprints, site plans, and job specs to ensure accuracy
• Communicate with project managers and clients as needed
• Monitor job site safety and ensure compliance with company protocols
• Coordinate materials, deliveries, and equipment needs
• Track job progress and report on labor, hours, and materials
• Train new crew members and enforce high-performance standards

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of concrete experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Proven ability to manage teams and delegate tasks effectively
• Expertise in concrete forming, placing, finishing, and site prep
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job documents
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to lead by example and work hands-on when needed
• CDL preferred but not required
• Dependable, honest, and solutions-focused

💵 Pay & Perks:

• $32–$42/hr depending on experience and leadership ability
• Weekly pay
• Full-time employment
