As our Estimator, you’ll play a key role in helping us land new work, plan smarter, and stay competitive. From reviewing blueprints and specs to coordinating with suppliers and calculating costs, you’ll turn opportunities into action.

This is the perfect role for someone with construction knowledge, strong attention to detail, and the drive to be a key part of a growing company’s future.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Review blueprints, site plans, and bid requests
• Create accurate material takeoffs and labor estimates
• Communicate with vendors and subcontractors for pricing
• Prepare detailed bids and proposals for residential and commercial concrete jobs
• Assist with project scheduling and scope planning
• Attend pre-bid meetings and perform site walks as needed
• Track bids and follow up on awarded or lost jobs
• Collaborate with project managers and field leads to ensure realistic budgets

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of estimating experience in concrete or general construction
• Strong understanding of concrete flatwork, foundations, and site prep
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
• Proficient with estimating software, Excel, and digital takeoff tools
• Detail-oriented with excellent math and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Self-motivated and accountable
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

💵 Pay & Perks:

• $28–$35/hr depending on experience and accuracy
• Weekly pay
• Full-time, year-round office-based position
