As a Dump Truck Driver, you’ll play a vital role in transporting materials to and from job sites, supporting our crew’s efficiency and helping ensure projects stay on track. Your experience in operating Class A or B vehicles will be key to making sure our team delivers top-quality work, on time and with precision.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Drive a dump truck to transport materials (sand, gravel, concrete, etc.) to and from job sites
• Operate truck safely and efficiently in compliance with traffic and safety regulations
• Follow GPS or maps to reach job sites on time and in the most efficient manner
• Ensure the truck is loaded and unloaded properly to avoid damage or spills
• Assist in site preparation and material handling as needed
• Maintain the truck’s cleanliness and ensure it is regularly inspected for safety
• Communicate with the crew to coordinate delivery times and materials
• Ensure materials are delivered and unloaded according to project specifications

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Class B CDL required
• 2+ years of experience driving dump trucks or similar heavy vehicles
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations
• Excellent driving record and ability to operate a truck safely in various conditions
• Ability to communicate effectively with crew members and project managers
• Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions
• Strong physical endurance for long shifts and heavy lifting
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Ability to read and follow delivery instructions and maps

💵 Pay & Perks:

• $24–$32/hr. depending on experience
• Weekly pay
• Full-time, year-round employment
