🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Set forms, prep sites, and ensure proper layout
• Pour and finish concrete with precision and care
• Use screeds, trowels, floats, and other finishing tools
• Ensure proper grading, drainage, and surface integrity
• Follow job specs and safety protocols
• Mentor less-experienced team members when needed
• Keep work areas clean and organized

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of hands-on concrete or flatwork experience
• Skilled in pouring, forming, and finishing concrete
• Comfortable with hand tools and power equipment
• Good communication and teamwork
• Reliable, respectful, and ready to work outdoors
• Driver’s license required — CDL is a plus

💵 Pay & Perks:

• $20–$38/hr depending on experience and skill
• Weekly pay
• Steady projects and a well-organized crew
• Opportunities to move into Lead or Foreman roles
