As a Concrete Laborer, you’ll be in the thick of it — forming, pouring, finishing, and making each job site a success. You’ll work outdoors with a reliable crew, building projects that last and learning the trade every day.

💪 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Set up and strip concrete forms
• Spread, rake, and level concrete
• Use hand and power tools
• Assist with grading, compacting, and prep work
• Clean tools, maintain job site organization
• Follow instructions from foremen and work as part of a tight team
• Lift heavy materials and stay productive all day

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of concrete or construction experience preferred (but not required)
• Able to lift 50–80 lbs and handle physical work
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Good attitude, dependable, and willing to learn
• Respectful team player who can follow direction
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to job sites

💵 Pay & Perks:

• $20–$26/hr depending on experience and skill
• Full-time, year-round work
