As our Bookkeeper, you’ll manage the financial flow of the company — from daily transactions to monthly reports — giving leadership the insight they need and the field team the resources they depend on.

You’ll track every dollar, close out jobs, and help maintain accuracy across accounts. This position is ideal for someone who’s detail-driven, trustworthy, and ready to take ownership of the company’s financial organization.

📂 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and job cost reports
• Enter invoices, receipts, and bills into QuickBooks
• Prepare customer invoices and follow up on collections
• Process payroll and verify hours with timesheets or software
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and summaries
• Maintain digital and paper records in a clean, organized system

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, and payroll systems
• Excellent attention to detail and financial accuracy
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Organized and able to prioritize deadlines
• Familiarity with job-costing or construction a plus (not required)

💵 Pay & Perks:

• $22–$28/hr depending on experience
• Weekly pay
