Our Apprentice Program is designed for people who want more than just a job. Whether you're fresh out of school or ready for a new path, this hands-on role gives you the training, tools, and mentorship to become a skilled concrete professional.

You’ll work alongside experienced crew members on real job sites, learning everything from forming and pouring to finishing and clean-up. This is where strong careers begin — and where hardworking people become leaders.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist with concrete form setup and takedown
• Help pour, spread, and finish concrete surfaces
• Operate tools, clean equipment, and prep job sites
• Learn to read job specs and follow crew instructions
• Stay safe and work as part of a close-knit team
• Show up ready to work and eager to improve every day

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• No experience required — we’ll train the right person
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
• Team player with a good attitude and respect for others
• Interest in a long-term career in concrete or construction
• Driver’s license and transportation to job sites preferred

💵 Pay & Perks:

• $15/hr starting wage
• Weekly pay
• Full-time, year-round work
• Paid holidays and PTO after probationary period
• Hands-on training with experienced concrete professionals
• Clear path to advance into Lead, Foreman, or Manager roles
