As a Skid Steer / Equipment Operator, you’ll play an integral role in moving materials, prepping sites, and making sure our concrete operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your expertise in operating skid steers, loaders, and other equipment will be key in setting the stage for our team to deliver top-notch results.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operate skid steers, loaders, and other heavy equipment to move materials, level surfaces, and assist with site prep
• Load and unload construction materials from trucks and other equipment
• Assist with digging, grading, and trenching operations
• Follow project plans and adjust equipment operations to meet specifications
• Maintain equipment and ensure it is safe, clean, and in proper working order
• Collaborate with crew members to support overall project success
• Follow safety protocols and work in compliance with all regulations

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience operating skid steers or other heavy equipment
• Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently in various work conditions
• Familiarity with construction site safety regulations and best practices
• Reliable and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Driver’s license required; CDL preferred but not mandatory
• Forklift and other heavy equipment certifications a plus

💵 Pay & Perks:

• $20–$28/hr, depending on experience and skill
• Weekly pay

Work Hours: Monday - Friday 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Some overtime and weekend work. 

Requirements: Two (2) years of experience with concrete asphalt and/or construction is preferred, but is not necessary. We offer training.
